Shipping policy

All items are shipped through USPS. Honestly Ethereal is not responsible for any delays USPS may be having.

Shipping Time: We will ship items every Saturday. Please allow a 3-4 day processing window. Please allow up to 5 days for packages to arrive for domestic packages. International packages are subject to longer arrival times and can even take up to 6 weeks.

Please make sure all information you enter is correct. Closely review everything you're typing. Changes can be made within 24 hours of the order being placed!

Please contact us ASAP if an item arrives damaged. You have 48 hours to reach out to us if an item arrives damaged.

Honestly Ethereal is not responsible for any late, delayed, damaged, or stolen items, or for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control. After an order is shipped, the customer assumes all risk for any loss or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, mishandling by third parties, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or any other unforeseen events. 

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that Honestly Ethereal is not liable for any related issues.
